Here's our plan to turn that frown upside down: Spot an issue with your delivery on the spot? No problem! Just let our delivery heroes know, and they'll whisk away the hiccupped item then and there. Once we've sorted out the shuffle, your new treasure will be on its way to you faster than you can roll your eyes — and yep, delivery's on the house again!

Had a change of heart about your purchase? It happens! Here's how we can help you hit the reset button:

Say hello to stress-free returns with our pick-up service. No more printing labels and figuring out a way to ship items (even we didn't know how to do it until we launched this business so how would you?). We'll swing by to inspect and collect the piece you're sending back no sweat. Just make sure to keep those items in their original condition, unused and ready for their encore performance.

We'll then treat you with store credit equivalent to your purchase price, minus any delivery and return shipping fees for the item originally ordered.. With your store credit in hand, you're free to browse our store and find a new favorite within 60 days.

Life's too short for buyer's remorse so we've made sure you have none.
